Hi, I'm Maria!
I'm an actress based in DC and NY (with the ability to be a NYC, VA, MD, and NJ local). I recently graduated with my BFA in Acting for Theatre, Film, & TV, and have trained at Juilliard, The Barrow Group, and The National Stage Combat Workshop, where I received my Actor's Combatant Certification. I've starred in regional theatre productions, staged readings, and student short films.

Heir to the Wraback Doctoral Dynasty
Raised to be a quantum mechanic, my dad taught me to love complexity. However, instead of engaging in a deep, committed relationship with Molecular Beam Epitaxy, I fell in love with people, and their complexity. My passion to learn has granted me experiences working on topological insulators in a science lab, certifications in 4 SAFD Weapons, my 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do, and playing both jazz and classical clarinet and alto saxophone. But, it is the people I meet in these adventures, or talk to on the bus on the way there that inspire me; the people who need someone to listen, make them feel less alone, and to find great importance in their little complexity.
